District Coordinator Guide

How to review, validate, and manage OPCRFs for the schools in your district(s).

As a District Coordinator you review the OPCRFs submitted by ratees in the schools within your assigned district(s) and district-validate them so they can proceed to team validation.

  • Elementary Coordinator handles Elementary and Integrated schools (school IDs starting with 1 or 5).
  • Secondary Coordinator handles Secondary and Integrated schools (school IDs starting with 3 or 5).
  • You can review and adjust scores, return an OPCRF for compliance, and give the final district validation.
  • You never validate an OPCRF from your own school (conflict of interest).

Open the District Coordinator page from the menu. The Pending tab lists OPCRFs awaiting your district validation; the Signed-off tab shows the ones you have already validated.

  • Click Review on a row to open the full OPCRF with all scores.
  • Use the Refresh button (top right) any time to reload the lists with the latest data.
  • Once you district-validate an OPCRF, it moves from Pending to Signed-off.

Inside the review window you can adjust scores per strand where needed, then save them.

  • Edit a score using the selector beside each strand, then click Save Score Changes.
  • Click View Changes to see a history of every score adjustment on that OPCRF, grouped by strand and showing who made each change.
  • Once an OPCRF is district-validated, its scores are locked and can no longer be changed.

If an OPCRF needs corrections before you can validate it, use Return for Compliance in the review window. The ratee is notified and can resubmit. (This option may be turned off by the administrator.)

When the OPCRF is correct, click District-Validate. Confirm when prompted. The page refreshes and the OPCRF moves to Signed-off, allowing the ratee to proceed to team validation.

  • District validation is final: scores lock afterward for everyone.
  • If you reach an OPCRF that was already validated, the system will tell you and refresh your list.

As the Elementary District Coordinator, you can delegate scoring of individual Part I-A KRAs to district users on the KRA Validators tab.

  • Each Part I-A strand is listed once; pick a district user to validate that strand.
  • Assigned validators can score only their KRA, only for OPCRFs in your district(s), and never for their own school.
  • Assigned validators score only — they do not sign off. District validation remains yours.
  • A newly assigned validator sees their validation menu after their next login.
